Either one of two ways: 1) Using the contact form on our web site at www.gardentea.co.ug.
2) By sending an email to gardentea@gardentea.co .ug.

The product size, shipping address and telephone contact.

3. What is the minimum order size?

Because of shipping charges, the minimum order size is 1 Kilogram.

4. Which weights (or product sizes) are available for ordering?

1) 250g garden tea (loose tea)
2) 500g garden tea (loose tea)
3) 100g garden tea (Tea bags)


5. Do you ship garden tea to the United States of America (USA)?

Yes. You only need to specify the destination state.

6. Do you ship garden tea to the United Kingdom (UK)?

Yes. You only need to specify the destination city.

7. How do you ship?

At the moment we ship by DHL and TNT. We also consider your prefered shipper, if you have one.

8. What is the price of garden tea?

Our price is very competitive and we normally add the cost of shipping to the final price. We will send you the exact price after you send us an inquiry about which product size you prefer and the shipping destination.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

1) Credit Card Payments
2) Cashiers checks
3) Direct debit.
